Jiminy Cricket is looking over the journal he used to document his first adventure with Sora when he discovers a mysterious message. He didn't write it - so how on earth did it get there? King Mickey is determined to find out, so he and his friends decide to digitize the journal and delve into its deepest secrets. Inside this "datascape" dwells a second Sora who is about to embark on a grand adventure of his very own.

Since its debut in June 2009 as episodic content for mobile phones, KINGDOM HEARTS coded has charmed players all across Japan. Now, it will finally reach a worldwide audience as a full remake for Nintendo DS, featuring vastly superior controls and a revamped combat system which combines the fresh and frenzied fights of the original with all-new, engaging battle mechanics. And you'll be drawn deeper into the poignant story, too, thanks to the series' hallmark cutscenes. Topping it all off is tons of new gameplay added just for this release.
